At Anytime Fitness Wollongong, we’re proud to support the R U OK Foundation through our Tread As One charity event.
This event is more than just fitness – it’s about coming together as a community to raise awareness for mental health.
Mental health impacts us all, and sometimes, just asking a simple “R U OK?” can make a world of difference.
The R U OK Foundation’s mission is to encourage open conversations and provide support for those struggling with mental health challenges. By participating, donating, or simply spreading the word, you’re helping to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
Every step we take and every dollar we raise goes towards creating a more supportive, connected community. Let’s work together to make sure no one has to struggle in silence.
