I am again taking part in this year’s Tread-As-One Charity Event, from 30th September to 7th October 2023, to raise funds and awareness for R U OK.

One of my main purpose in Life is to enable People to make meaningful, lasting connections and to support one another to make the world a better place.

The #RUOK #TreadAsOne is close to my heart, since it allows me to combine three of my Passions, namely Running, Mental Health & Well-Being and Community Service.

Every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their lives. R U OK?'s vision is a world where we're all connected and protected from suicide. Their mission is to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect and lend support to people in their world who may be struggling with life.

I strongly believe in their mission, and I would appreciate your support – every donation helps. Your donation will help inspire people to take the time to ask "are you OK?" and listen, which can help people struggling with life feel connected long before they even think about suicide.
