24 HOUR TREADMILL CHALLENGE
In a world where mental health issues often remain unspoken, SEB group hopes to encourage and bring awareness to arguably the most important aspect of someones life - mental health.
In hopes to raise awareness, one of our very own mental health advocates Rob Stoiljkovic and Shannon Harris will be completing a 24 hour treadmill challenge.
By supporting R U OK, we are not just raising money; we are fostering a culture of care and concern. We want to ensure that no one feels alone in their battles and that seeking help is not a sign of weakness but a courageous step towards healing.
Together, we can make a difference. Our fundraising efforts aim to provide resources, support networks, and education that empower individuals to ask, listen, and support one another.
