Because you are doing such an amazing job, R U OK? and Anytime Fitness are offering a very special prize for those who take their fundraising to the next level.
If you can raise over $6500 you will receive an all expenses trip on the annual R U OK? Sunrise Conquer Kozi trip in March 2024.
And for any clubs who raise over $15,000 we're offering two places on the trip.

You could join members of the R U OK? Team and along with passionate fundraisers from all over Australia in tackling Australia's highest mountain in the dark!
The reward is spectacular as you watch the sunrise from the top of Australia.
The prize includes your travel, registration, accomodation, meals and professional guides.
Your prize cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
The others who pay to be on this trip will be fundraising but there will be no expectation for you to do any more fundraising.

Dave Selwood and his team at Vincentia love taking part in Tread as One and are aiming for the top again this year.

It gives us the tools each year to launch a platform of promoting not just the message of RUOK? and suicide prevention, but to also breakdown barriers associated with these messages.

"It is such an important cause, working with our community we hear too many heartbreaking stories of loved ones lost. This is a way we can get involved as a community to try and help prevent this tragedy from happening.
I get out amongst the community and talk to everyone. I let them know what we do with RUOK and tread as one, why we do it and ask if they would like to be involved?
To hike Mt Kozi and watch the sunrise was simply stunning and we were all there for different reasons but with the same common goal. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget!"
