Every year over 65,000 Australians attempt to take their lives – that gives me 65,000 reasons to Tread As One.
We have all had to experience or see the impacts of poor mental health. Unfortunately most of us have known someone to take their own lives.
This is an issue which effects us all and I am proud to help fundraise for a charity which is doing lifesaving work.
